1. About us

These terms apply to every use of nikkahnight.com, operated by Alpha Rules, a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) in the Netherlands trading as NikkahNight, KvK 89713834, VAT NL004758576B38, info@nikkahnight.com.

2. The service

NikkahNight offers an online compatibility questionnaire for people preparing for marriage, a personal report, and the option to compare results with a match. Intimacy is a central topic and is approached with adab.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older. You must use your own true details and may only invite people who agree to take part.

4. Account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secret. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, harassment or false information.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are as shown on the site for your region. In the EU and UK they include VAT; in the US, applicable sales tax is added at checkout. They cover: a profile (test + personal report) per person; a free first match per person; additional matches, paid by the person requesting them (the other person must always give their own consent); and the couple bundle, guide, gift vouchers and any add-ons offered in your report. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the merchant of record for all orders. Paddle handles payment, invoicing, VAT and sales tax, and customer service inquiries about payments and returns. Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase.

6. Couple bundle

When one person pays for two profiles, the second person must create their own account and give their own consent. The payer cannot consent on their behalf.

7. Gift vouchers

Valid for 2 years from purchase. Not exchangeable for cash, except where the law requires otherwise.

8. Referral reward

You may share your personal referral link yourself. We do not email people you refer. Abuse (e.g. fake accounts) cancels the reward.

9. Right of withdrawal

See our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Intellectual property

All questions, reports, texts and designs belong to us. You may use your own report for personal purposes only.

11. Liability

We are not liable for decisions you make based on a report. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months, except in case of intent or gross negligence, or where the law does not allow limitation.

12. Partners and advertising

Affiliate links and paid partnerships are clearly marked as advertising. Partners never receive your personal data.

13. Complaints

Email info@nikkahnight.com; we respond within 14 days. EU consumers may also use the ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

14. Applicable law

Dutch law applies. This does not deprive consumers of protection under the mandatory law of their country of residence.
