Yes, for your profile: within 14 days, as long as you haven’t opened your report. The guarantee covers the profile only. For an extra match, you get your €15 back within 14 days if you haven’t opened its report, or if the other person doesn’t accept within 30 days.

No. The person you link with never sees your answers, and you never see theirs. You each see the pair report, and only once both of you have agreed to the match.
